What you can send:
- Bugs — what you tried, what happened, what you expected
- Feature ideas — "I wish I could…"
- UX observations — "this was confusing"
- Destination data errors — "the emergency number wasn't correct"
- Translation comments — "the English version sounds like Finnish"
If you send a bug: attach a screenshot if possible + say which device and browser. It saves time both ways.
We don't respond to every piece of feedback individually — instead, we read all of it, synthesize it and use it in roadmap decisions. Response time can be a few days. Bugs and account issues we prioritize.
