Since bookings currently go through external partners (Skyscanner, Booking.com, Kayak), cancellations are handled where the booking was made. Cancellation terms are set by the partner.
In practice:
- Open the partner's email confirmation and find the "Cancel" or "Modify" link
- Follow the partner's instructions
- Mark the booking as "Cancelled" in Taival (My Trips → booking → Edit)
Exception: if you need a refund for your Premium subscription, it's handled through the Stripe portal (Account → Subscriptions → Cancel). You'll receive an email confirmation.
Once direct booking opens in Taival, cancellations will happen inside the app too.
