Taival AI is an AI-powered travel planning assistant that helps users discover destinations, compare flights and hotels, and plan itineraries. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Taival AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

4. Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

5. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Travel recommendations, prices, and itineraries generated by Taival AI are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Always verify prices, visa requirements, travel advisories, and booking details directly with airlines, hotels, and official sources before making travel decisions.

Taival AI is not a travel agency and does not make bookings on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI system
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or spam content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Taival AI is owned by the service provider. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Taival AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel booking losses, missed flights, or inaccurate recommendations.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Pricing

Currently Taival AI is free to use. Pricing terms will be updated before any paid features are introduced.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
